How to unlock the Mediterranean Diet achievement in Blasphemous - Definitive Guide

This is a quest from Tirso in Albero. He's the guy on the level you start on when you run into the main building. For his quest you need to bring him 6 healing herbs. They are in:

- Albero: but you need to find a teleporter in a different area and teleport back to Albero (the room it's in unlocks from the inside), the item is in the teleporter room
- Jondo: at the very bottom right room of the area
- Where Olive Trees Wither: go into the area after Gemino, and all the way across to the left hand side of the area, at the bottom left go through the opening and it's in there
- Sleeping Canvasses: in the tall room with the ladder in the middle and the 3 possessed paintings
- Patio of the Silent Steps: in the second to last "room"
- Mountains of the Endless Dusk: coming from the Brotherhood of the Silent Sorrow, on the left, exit the area with the Prie Dieu and it's in this area

The trick seems to be that you need to bring each one back to Tirso before you kill your next boss, so it's best to return to Albero to turn a herb in before you carry on, even if it is a bit annoying back tracking. You then need to progress to/kill Quirce in the Wall of Holy Prohibitions and talk to Tirso again, he should give you a rosary knot and the achievement will pop.

Se vc entrega as ervas para ele depois que o cara morre a conquista não dropa, você pode conferir no cemitério ao lado da igreja, se tiver covas lá quer dizer que voce perdeu a conquista

I believe you can check your progress two screens over from the town. It starts empty, but gravestones appear if you don't get materials back in time.

You will get the rosary knot even if you let people die and fail this achievement. I had one gravestone and still got the rosary knot but didn't get the achievement my first time through.

Not completely. The herbs from Mountains of the Endless Dusk and The Sleeping Canvases must both be delivered before you kill Exposito.

Screw this! I delivered all herbs no one died until I kill Quirce, the last freaking one. Then a grave shown up. I hate these non sense achievements of this game.

The basic premise of this trophy can be achieved through normal gameplay but earning the trophy is a lot harder and a bit tedious.

There are 6 healing herbs scattered on the map: Bouquet of Thyme, Bouquet of Rosemary, Dried Cloves, Incense Garlic, Olive Seeds, and Sooty Garlic.

You must give one healing item to the Kissers of Wounds, the medic folks in the Albero hub area,BEFORE each boss fight (except for possibly the fights against the brother and sister)

6 Items, 6 Major Bosses. To make sure you have done this properly, each time you go to drop off the next item, check the screen to the right of the church with Lvdovico. If a grave is present, someone has died and the trophy is void.

After killing Quirce in the Wall of Holy Prohibitions (or whomever is your third mask boss), check back with the Kissers and you should receive the rosary knot, and if all went correctly, the trophy.

Missable

The infamous Kissers of Wounds quest. Messing this quest up will lock you out of a lot of trophies so make it a priority to keep it in mind while playing, especially when going for 100% completion. To complete this quest, you have to go and give Tirso herbs you can find throughout the game. However, you have to give one herb before defeating a boss. Failing to do so will kill off one of the wounded characters and lock you of rewards. You will know if one of them died if a grave appears to the right of the church (where Ludovico is) in Albero. These are the herbs you can give Tirso and where to find them:
  1. Bouquet of Thyme: Albero. Just before the Ten Piedad boss fight in Mercy Dreams, you can find a teleporter which will take you back to Albero. The herb is in this room.
  2. Incense Garlic: Where Olive Trees Wither. From Gémino, continue to the left into a cave. The garlic is there.
  3. Dried Clove: Mountains of Endless Dusk. This is in the screen between Jondo and the Brotherhood of the Silent Sorrow. It's hard to miss.
  4. Bouquet of Rosemary: Jondo. After crashing into Grievance Ascends, immediately go back into Jondo and to the right. The herb is at the end of this corridor.
  5. Olive Seeds: Patio of the Silent Steps. This is about halfway through the stage. If you have entered Mother of Mother's, you've obviously gone too far.
  6. Sooty Garlic: The Sleeping Canvases. This is near the entrance to the stage, in the screen just after the Prie Dieu.
It does not matter which herb you give to Tirso before which boss, as long as you give him one. Also, I gave Tirso the Olive Seeds and the Sooty Garlic before defeating Expósito and this couldn't give him any more before defeating Melquiades. I believe it is ok to give Tirso multiple herbs before defeating a boss and none for the next boss(es), Providing he has more herbs "in stock" when you defeat the bosses. Further testing might be needed to confirm this, though.
