an early game and easy achievement but still missable, if you die in this boss fight she will be gone and you will only be able to unlock this on a new playthrough.

You encounter Perpetua in the Mountains of the Endless Dusk, shortly after the Prie Dieu. This is your only chance at fighting her, if she defeats you, she will permanently leave and have to start a new save to fight her again so back up your safe before fighting her, just in case. The fight itself is pretty simply but her attacks hurt so make it a priority to avoid her attacks. If you need help with the fight, check the video below:
