To get this trophy you need one more player. Together with him you need to go through all the cells in basic or advanced mode. You can connect two joysticks and try to complete the game without a second player. However, due to the fact that life in a cooperative is shared, you will have to go through all the cells without dying. It's difficult, but achievable.
