Also as I have learned the hard way, if you clear your system cache or redownload your profile, your progress towards 150 matches will be removed and you'll have to start over.

I'm sitting at 156 match's and it hasn't unlocked. I believe it's based off of accumulated experience and not just how many match's played.

simply put: this will take some time. i wouldnt reccomend trying to get to level 30 in player matches because it will take a very long time, besides, playing in ranked matches helps you towards two other achievements at the same time! luckily BlazBlue is pretty fun online and it shouldnt get too boring. there are a couple of ways to speed up the process anyway. Firstly set up your own room and set the rounds to 1. You can also put the round time to 30 seconds but that tends to turn people away. the other options (unlimited characters, easy specials etc.) dont really matter and are competely up to you. Even with this method you can expect to spend a fair amount of time on and you will probably lose A LOT.

This trophy is titled "Warrior" and it's for playing 150 player matches. These are found under Network in the main menu and can be wins or losses, as long as the games are completed it doesn't really matter. Player matches are much quicker than ranked matches because you can enable "Unlimited" characters and even change the round settings to 1 in order to hasten the process.

In order to get through matches quickly with a partner, it's suggested the player losing plays as Carl and the player winning plays as Haku-men. Carl Barrier Bursts (X, Square, Triangle and Circle at the same time) and then Haku-men uses his forward + C (O on default controls) while Carl moves in to the attack. This can make each round roughly 5-6 seconds at most.

Your player matches will take a fraction of the time the ranked ones took you. Set up a private lobby or just have a friend join the only slot available to be safe, though the chances of randoms joining are slim to none.

Play 150 player matches, win or lose. The ideal setting you want to obtain this fast is 1 round matches at 30 seconds a round.

Boosting Methods:

If both you and your partner have controllers with turbo then you can set turbo on the and just leave your PS3 on for about an hour or so, this should automatically ready you both up, select your characters (Ragna and Jin) and select your stage, the game will play for 30 seconds and it will end in Jin’s victory because his D/ will hit first, at the pre-game screen the turbo should also work automatically for you. So you should both reach 150 played matches by then.

If you are unable to it the turbo way you can also do it in this way: Have one person select Unlimited Ragna (preferably if you have him unlocked) or Iron Tager, have the other player select a character with low health such as Taokaka. At the start of each round Taokaka will do a barrier burst, if you’re playing as Unlimited Ragna you can use simple D/ moves which will take away a large portion of their life, if you are playing as Iron Tager then you can use his “Gigantic Tager Driver” with SP1 (Up ) which is a command grab throw that can do about 4k+ per use.
