this dosnt help u should say the buttons instead of 3c and 22c alot of us new people dont understand it untill u change that i guess i have to keep it downthumbesd

Regardless, go in to the fight after selecting Noel and press 3+C (Look at the number pad on your keyboard, it will be down/toward if you've started on the left + Circle.)
