Every character has an Astral Heat move that, if it connects, will instantly defeat the enemy. The requirements for using an Astral Heat are as follows:
-Your character only needs to win one more round to win the fight.
-Your character has 100% Heat
-The opposing character has less than 35% health.
-You have at least one Burst Icon Available
Once you have met all these requirements, you'll notice your character's portrait in the top corner will start to flash white. At this point, simply input the character's Astral Heat move (It'll be at the bottom of their command list) and hope that it hits.
You can't get this achievement in the tutorial or training mode, or not in the story mode. Simply load up a versus game and work your way up to 100% heat and wear down your opponent. You may need to let your opponent hit you a few times before you're able to get up to 100% heat. You could also just use two controllers to do so.

Astral Heats can only be used on the final round of each match when a character has 100 percent heat meter. This meter is built by attacking the foe, or by pressing R1 against the AI. Even if you're hit, the meter will have already filled to it's maximum capacity. If using a second controller, simply force instant blocks with your first controller (perfectly timed blocks, the character flashes and takes no damage) and build your meter up.
In order to execute the Astral Heats, you can either refer to the command list or simply choose beginner mode. When playing in beginner mode, you can press Square, Triangle and Circle all at the same time and hold them in order to instantly initiate an Astral Heat. Some characters have certain conditions, such as Litchi must be on her staff and Lambda has to be withing grabbing range of the opponent.
After doing your first Astral Heat in either versus or Arcade,this trophy shall be yours!
