Play as Ragna in Arcade mode, put the difficulty on beginner mode. He will be the last enemy. This shouldn't be to easy to obtain.

You can fight Unlimited Hazama as one of the last three opponents in Score Attack or at the end of everyone but Jin's and Hazama's Arcade mode. Get it in Arcade mode where you can set the difficulty to easy for an easy win.
