Few things to note before boosting:
Game needs to be installed to HDD before going online, this solves 99% of connection problems.
All games for this must be Ranked (is in description anyway).
Make a list of each team you have and have not played with and check them off.
Campaign Franchise teams do not count for the achievement, loser can play with them if they desire.
There are 2 LA Riot teams (Div 1 and 2). I think the only way to unlock the Div 1 version is to finish the campaign but dont quote me on that.
The 2 Prison teams do count toward the 25 wins.
Do not forget to use Carolina and Minnesota either, they count too.
Can only check status of the achievement while in an online ranked game, so keep track of your progress while boosting.
The fastest way to boost this achievement is to:
1) Host a session as the team you want to win with.
2) Have a friend join your game, ranked can not be set to private or invited to. Your friend must be on the same page as you and join your games when you post them.
3) Go through kick-off, play one down then the friend quits.
This will gave you one win for the team you play with.
This only works for the one hosting the game, if host quits then no one gets anything.
When you have 24/25 teams completed this way then you must win a complete game for the 25th and final team for this achievement to unlock. If you forget to do this it will say 25/25 with no achievement.
No need to panic if you have 25/25 with no chievo, as long as you win a complete game with the last team on your list you will still get it.
I recommend starting off with Div 3 and Prison teams. In case you ever feel anxious and dont have all teams boosted yet you stand a better chance online with Div 1 teams against an opponent in a real game.

Didn't worked at Feb. 2011. We try it couple times and didn't worked up at all. Maybe game was already patched to avoid this
