easiest way i found to do this is either to throw a pass to a reciever and jump out of bound right before the TD and next play run and clash juke anyone that might block you. Repeat 4 more times in one game and achievement will pop up.

Very easy to do if Franchise is your half back, but if he isn't just wait until your in the red zone and use a rushing move.
