instead of trying to complete whatever event you're in, just keep going after your rival..kill him 5 times and the chieve is urs!!

You have to play in "Tournament Mode" to get an rival.

For this achievement, the CPU rival can only be raced/fought in Tournament mode.
All you have to do is kill the same rival of yours in a single event (can only be done in Tournament mode, Single Event or Multiplayer modes won't count it).
For me, I think Natalya is the best on wrecking other opponents compare to other drivers thought it can be earned with anyone you're using. It can be done with any loadout also, but Ramming Speed loadout is the best due to having an impact upgrade. A railgun deals a great damage but it can be a little tricky to use.
This may take you a few tries when attempting to get it, but you may probably get it when you're playing Demolition Derby event, naturally.
