Heres my video solution showing this achievement unlocking.
It has a voice over pointing out the key facts you need, but essentially:
1. Host a MP King of the Skull or Checkpoint Race on Flightmare
2. Choose the Triple Threat weapon loadout so you start with full rage and play as Kelly.
3. Pick up the rail gun and goto the location shown.
4. Weaken your boosting buddy and on the count of 3 both press X, and fire your weapon.
It takes a bit of timing but does work, as you'll see.

This location seemed the best bet as the zombies cannot get to you.
We tried on the ground but found it frustrating as often the zombies would swamp you and then steal the last bit of damage before we could trigger the achievement

The way we did this was to have both players pick Kelly with Pimped set up, any map, but we did it on Flightmare since there's a railgun not too far from the starting point. One player rushes to get the railgun and then you wear each other down a bit, then when you're at about 10% health, both players activate gravity well, since it only does damage when you land. While in air, person with railgun shoots, boom, done.

This is the only achievement that can't be done with bots. If you can find a boosting partner, both pick superstar, checkpoint race, on flightmare. Superstar starts with harpoons which make this easier, line-up near a ramp, shoot the player in front of you with the harpoons, as many as you can, wait a couple seconds, then both players boost so that the harpoons will detonate while it mid-air. It will take a while to get the timing right, but after a few tries you should get it.
