Tiale forgot to add that to get zombies counted you still need to finish whole cup with overall 1st place. I finished 3rd and didn't get achievement despite I found all zombies. This is important because in Checkpoint event zombie spawn points can mess up your route a little.
Also you need to ram total of 3 special zombies on each level so in first Ante Up Cup you need to drive over on total 9 of them. Special zombies are marked on screen when you drive in part of level where they are. Spawn point is always random but there is few points when they appear more often and when you kille 1st there is big chance next will spawn in same point in couple of secs.

I got all 9 zombies and got first overall again and it unlocked so idk if this achievement is just buggy but just keep trying for it and it will unlock eventually

I got the overall first place and got all nine bonus zombies and it still didn't unlock... Im thinking you have to first place all three events along with getting all nine bonus zombies.. I did the Ante Up Cup which have 3 total events for anyone wondering. Ill try to win all three events and get all zombies and see if that unlocks the achievement.

this is best done on the ante up cup, theres only 3 levels and the bonus zombies are easy to find. simply run over *do not shoot* the 3 bonus zombies in each of the 3 levels and this achievement will pop at the end of the last match
