This will take some tedious repetition. The quickest way to get xp is to use the Domination gametype. Use Santo as your character as you'll be abusing his special ability. Depending on your level you will start with 1-2 points to use leveling up your character. ( shown in the top left ) You can choose a stat to level up using the d-pad.

Can’t remember if it was ranked or not but the points spent does reset. It’s basically an in match upgrade. As long as you’re getting the level xp that’s what counts and you’re doing it correctly.

if you want to multitask while getting this achievement, use The Wagon gametype. Just push the wagon to the other side and then drop the controller and you will get a 2500 minimum every time in 5 minutes. The AI wont move the wagon back
