Okay for this I used Chapter 4 cause u drop down in a Coffin. Now u dont need to hit the zombie...(funny as hell when u do though) oh and also watch out when u restart Chapter 4 there will be a time or two where u fall without the Coffin....yes thats right FALL W/O THE COFFIN lol, all u need to do is the SPLIT second the Coffin hits the ground press the X button and u should see the door blast off...
