this can be easily done on level 1 you will come to a section that is dark,there are 2 exploding barrels in this area. the enemies will attack in waves the 1st wave is just two enemies but each wave after the enemy count increases so accumalate the 5 enemies needed then go to the edge of the screen and press RT bam 5 gamerscore

You can also get this on chapter 1. Basically, you must kill 5 enemies in a single gunshot. Chapter 1 has atleast 3 areas where this can be done. As soon as you see 5 enemies on the screen shoot all of them with one bullet, then when they get back up, again shoot them with your second bullet and all five of them will die. You should see a bonus 5x pop up under your health bar. That means you did it and the trophy should pop after that.
