Can be found in Dian Cecht Cathedral. Beating this boss
I found it easiest to use a ranged weapon (I used Blunderbuss) with True Arrow (mine was upgraded to rank 7) against this boss. Then just keep your distance as this triggers the boss to either charge at you allowing you to easily jump over it, climb on the platforms to jump over it or have the boss hover so you can slide underneath it. And yes, the boss will reach you if you camp on the highest platform so you can't use it to cheese it.
