True Arrow (rank 7) was all I used. Just kept dodging the boss and hit it with the arrows, only punishing its charge attack with melee as dodging it left me so close to the boss. Sometimes I'd also jump over the boss and hit it with a sword upon landing before distancing myself from it. It was really essy this way, only got hit twice in the process.
