Easiest way is to normally go through btd5 tracks for the medal achievements and work to the achievement through playing the tracks without freeplay. Freeplay doesn't send out camo bloons, just MOABs, BFBs, and ZOMGs.

There's also a special mission called covert pops that has camo balloons only!

The Special Mission "Covert Pops", features mostly Camo bloons and I got this trophy early on in my first playthrough of this mission.
