Before starting make sure to purchase the Double Cash, Bigger Beacons, Healthy Bananas, FastTrack and Reverse game type
Each upgrade has 13 levels to it. In order to unlock each upgrade level, you must complete all 63 tracks on EASY, MEDIUM, HARD, IMPOPPABLE and REVERSE. In doing so you will unlock Mastery mode for each type of track (i.e. beginner, intermediate, expert). Mastery mode is a game type that allows you to replay each track, but the bloons are stronger, towers are more expensive and rewards are greater.

Upgrading everything will cost 2209 coins. This is a lot of coins, which means a lot of grinding. Once you have unlocked mastery mode I suggest doing some tracks on that game type. You can buy 5 coins at a time with $750 monkey money. This makes things go a lot faster, so save as much cash and coins as you can

You find Starting Cash and the other six global attributes in the Monkey Lab. These are upgraded using Tokens, which you get from winning a map/difficulty combination the first time or by purchasing 5 Tokens for 750 in game dollars (green) in the Monkey Lab.
Each of these attributes has 8 upgrades that are available from the start and 5 upgrades that require Masteries to unlock. For these Masteries to unlock you need to get all 5 medals on most of the maps in single player mode. You get 1 medal for Reverse and 4 medals for all available difficulties on all 17 Beginner maps, 13/16 Intermediate maps, 14/15 Advanced maps, all 9 Expert maps and all 3 Extreme maps. You have to pay 50 in-game dollars (green) each time you start a match on an Extreme map.
Completely upgrading an attribute requires, roughly 300 Tokens so you need about 2000 Tokens in total to upgrade all 7 attributes. I recommend backing up your safe file to the PS Plus Cloud or a USB device before working on these trophies, that way you can restore your previous save file when you run out of Tokens and work on the next attributes.
After fully upgrading an attribute, I always started a new game (monkey lane on easy) and just played till it popped (which was always within the first five waves).
