To get this achievement you need to,
Shunt 250 cars
Destroy 100 incoming shunts
Avoid 100 shunts through driving evasion

Shunting 250 cars with come as you progress through the single player. Destroying 100 shunts is easy, you can either bolt them (takes two bolts), use another shunt fired backwards, drop a mine, or use a barge when the shunt is close to you. This will come as you progress through the single player. Avoiding 100 shunts without destroying them may not come by the time you beat single player. To get an avasion you may not destroy the shunt, however you can use other cars to block the shunt or take a really sharp corner and the shunt will miss. If you don't get this normally i found that on Mt Haruna CPU's fired a lot of shunts while i was in first, and since there are a lot of corners its quite easy to evade them by turning sharp.
