You will get this achievement through Career and ONLY in career. The demands are:

Show Talon you can drift by completing his first Demand
(Drift a total of 1,500 Meters (tap the brake and handbrake at the same time while going fast and turn to the side. you should get this fairly quickly))

Complete the second Demand in City Slickers.
(Evade 3 Shock fields (the 3 separate shock zones count as 1 shock field))

Meet your first Career Demand
(Just get one Career Demand)

Meet 10 Career Demands.
(There are a total of 36 in the entire Career, so you have to at least complete the first 2 One-on-Ones to be able to meet 10 career demands (4 Demands per person, 9 One-on-Ones).

This doesn't make any sense.. please explain more specifically where in the game you have to go and then what you have to do. I am looking for a solution for this achievement because I don't understand the game's lingo, so please explain it more clearly as if you're talking to somebody who hasnt played the game.

@austex360 Seriously, they do not need to dumb down the lingo, as you need to be halfway completed the game before you can fulfill Talon's demand. Start to play the actual game, and you will understand exactly what they are talking about. This is not a missable achievement. Someone who hasn't played the game would not be able to just go into the game and simply do these requirements.

Show Talon you can drift by completing his first Demand

Talon is found in the 6th event series called Midas Touch. His first demand in this event is to drift a total of 1,500 meters. This has to be complete in the Midas Touch event.

Complete the second Demand in City Slickers

City Slickers is the 2nd event series found in the Single Player. This Demand requires you to Evade 3 Shock fields. A Shock field consist of 3 Shock Domes from each Shock Power-up. You must evade each Shock Dome for it to count as one field evaded.
