This is the achievement "A very bad feeling" - 20GS.
This is awarded for winning the first "boss fight" of the game. It happens in Mission 7: Military Compound 2.
At the end of the level, Nemesis (the boss) will land and begin shooting you. Simply, shoot her and collect enough intelligence (orbs that fly out of her when damaged) for an airstrike (Down on D-Pad) and hold on until your are told to destroy the Comm Towers around the building. Then call in an airstrike on one of the towers. Kill the minions she summons to kill you. Rinse and repeat (remember to collect intelligence to use the airstrike) on the remaining towers and you will win the "fight".
NOTE: Comm towers are the satellite-looking things on wheels. The game will show you what they look like when it updates your objectives.

Story related, cannot be missed.
This is essentially your 1st boss fight. To defeat the Nemesis you need to destroy the 3 satellites by ordering airstrikes on them. To order an airstrike press 
on the d-pad. You can only use your airstrikes with a full OSB meter. Fill your OSB by damaging the Nemesis anyway you can, then picking up the white intel bubbles. Once the satellites are down the fight is over and the trophy will pop.
