While escaping from the mine in the last level of Africa you'll hit a waypoint right before the crane that has two regular enemies and a medic (White guy with a red M and a red satchel) just outside a door of a building. You should hear the girl announce that there are Target Troopers on the way. Kill the Medic and die. You'll respawn directly inside the door and the Medic should be alive again outside. Kill the Medic and die repeatedly, and the achievement will pop after 10 Medic kills.
Alternately, play through the game as normal and you will earn enough medic kills to grab the achievement.

There are two types of medics in the game, regular medics and Target medics. Killing any combination of these will result in the trophy. So if you kill 3 regular medics and 7 Target medics you will get the trophy. As with the scavenger trophy, you can grind these or you can get it through normal campaign play.
