I did this totally by accident,

The cheevo is awarded for killing an enemy sniper with a grenade, This is pretty easy through most of the game if your intentionally going for it however i feel the best place is the same place i got it by accident.

On mission 8: Target interior 2 you will go down some stairs and through a door, fight 4 enemies on the floor and 2 on the catwalk,

Continue on a little way down the corridor and 4-5 snipers on the ground will appear, simply throw a grenade and take cover.

The snipers here seem to respawn so you can have countless tries altho im sure your only need the 1.

I did this at the end of the very first mission when you find yourself back at the docks. You are told to find some military guy, and then your handler tells you to take him out. Hide behind some crates on the left and let the enemies come to you, including the guy you need to take out. Keep your head down, as there are two snipers in a tower at the end of the causeway. Once you have taken everyone out, including the boss, edge closer to the tower dodging the sniper fire, or as I did, use the Adrenaline to make you impervious for a while. When you get close enough, cook a grenade for a moment and lob it onto the top of the tower.

Voila! Cheevo pops!
