How to unlock the Don't call a doctor achievement in Bodycount - Definitive Guide

All Bodycount Siege mode maps have an exploit, please see map specific solution within each achievement.

The exploit for Militarised Compound is a little bit tricky to pull off, it took me about 5 minutes to do. Look for the hole in the top corner of the central building with some scaffolding attached to the side and a ramp leading up to it, you can jump on to the scaffolding/brick section and then jump up from there onto the roof using the bit of concrete which is coming out from the roof shown in the 3rd image (looks white), the roof top is inaccessible by the AI, they never once shot up there either.

This is the location you are looking for:

Once in a safe position on the roof top, the enemies with congregate underneath the player on the floor directly below allowing for easier kills, I would be wary of grenades still as they can still cause you damage:

I found this to be the easiest of the seige maps by far. We both hung out around the top of the stairs in the main building and it's really easy to pick off the waves as they spawn. Another method is for one player to stick to the top of the stairs and the other to hold out in the little building at the top corner of the map.
Here are 2 really good tips for all of the seige modes.

When there are 2 new weapons available, you can run between the two and when you pick them up it replenishes your mines and grenades. Do this twice inbetween waves and you'll have 6 mines/grenades at your disposal.

Secondly, if you see that your partner is down, run like hell away from any enemies/spawn points until they have re-spawned. Essential in the later waves.

If by little building in the corner, you mean the log-built bar, then yes I agree. One person takes one corner outside and the other behind the other corner. Why hide behind one wall, when you can hide behind two.

This is a co-op mission; the Medicenter siege is the “Militarised Compound” level. To get this trophy you will have to complete wave 20. During co-op missions a new gun becomes available every 5 rounds (a waypoint shows you where the guns are). These guns are always better than your starting weapons and these guns are critical for the success of the mission. Upgrading your guns cost a small amount of intel but it is always critical to pick up the round 10 and round 15 guns. Each level has different guns suited for the map and they are invaluable for the players to complete the 20 rounds. Below is the list of guns for this particular map.

-Round 5: Super90 - shotgun
-Round 10: G36 - assault rifle
-Round 15: MINIMI - light-machine gun

Strategy: This is probably the hardest map to defend. It is a big compound surrounded by smaller buildings. This compound is two stories and has a ton of ingress and egress points. Each player must constantly circle around which ever points they are defending. Mines need to be set down at the bottom of ramps and 1st story doorways to alert you of possible incursions.

If the compound gets overrun or a “Heavy” forces you out, the players should defend a corner of the map until it is clear to go back inside. Staying on the outside of the compound and in an corner basically facing “back-to-back” is a good strategy for the later rounds as the compound will be swarming with enemies in no time.

This level only has one special enemy, the suicide bombers. Listen for their psycho screams and take them out from a distance if you can. Use mines to kill the “Heavies,” until the map has a good number of intel bubbles laying around. With a full OSB meter press on the d-pad to activate your “explosive ammo” this will make quick work of the “Heavies.”
