A very simple way to get this achievement right from the get go is with the shotgun. Make sure you're on "Easy" difficultly, on the higher difficulties you will want to keep your distance at all times, but on easy you can take some abuse.
I recommend using the first real mission, the one where you're tracking down the Warlord, because you don't have the adrenaline ability in the tutorial and this mission provides more cover.
When you start off in the tunnel at the beginning shoot all but one of your shells into the ground, run up to a bad guy, shoot, run to cover, reload, stop it once only one shell is in, rinse and repeat. You should have enough health on easy to take a few hits, so if you miss, reload on the spot and kill your target, unless under heavy fire, in which case you should retreat immediately. Don't worry too much about going out in to the open, as long as the bad guys know you're there one or two will generally come to you, allowing you to take them from cover, or will be isolated enough to eliminate without taking too much heat from other baddies. Killing someone with your last bullet is a Skillkill and shotguns have a enough power to reliably eliminate a target with that last shot. Missing also doesn't hurt your count, as long as you're only firing your last bullet there's no danger of it resetting.
Kill 10 bad guys in this way and the 50 point achievement is yours, You can use this method to kill 15 addition hostiles to earn "The Professional" which is another 50 points. All in all, an easy 100 GS.
