This achievement is for getting 10 "Shred" skill kills. The "Shred" skill kill is awarded, as said, for killing an enemy through cover. It is a bit more difficult to obtain than the other skill kill achievements because not all cover can be shot through. That being said, it is still a fairly simple achievement.
The best method is to shoot enemies through sheet metal walls as usually these can be destroyed. If your kill counts towards the achievement, the skill kill meter will display the word "shred" in it after killing someone.

This achievement is deceptively difficult. Any object that you can shoot through for a "shred" kill usually gets destroyed before you're able to put the killshot through it.

90% of the environment in this game can be shot through. Spot an enemy behind a wall or taking cover and shoot through the obstacle. You’ll know it is a cover kill when see “kill through cover” on the Skillshot indicator in the top left corner of your screen.
This trophy can be obtained during single player or during co-op.
