For this trophy, you need to collect 60 Costume Balls. Costume Balls are the glimmering orbs that you sometimes see appearing in matches. They have a costume that you can randomly get if you touch the Costume Ball during the match. This can be done in any game mode but there's a way to get these Costume Balls to appear every 59 seconds in a match by doing the following:

How to farm 60 Costume Balls:

1. Select Local Play
2. Remove all CPU Players with , add a 2nd controller with (or reassign your 1st controller to add them).
3. On the Arena Select screen, select the following:
   • Classic
   • Friendly Fire
4. On the General Setting screen, select the following:
   • Game Mode: Friendly Fire
   • Time Limit: 2:00
   • Number of Wins: 9 Wins
   • Positions: Fixed
   • Bomb Shelters: Off
5. On the Power-Up Settings screen, press to proceed to the Match Preview.
6. The 2 minutes is crucial as it's needed to spawn the Costume Ball. Basically, you need to wait for 59 seconds to pass and a Costume Ball will spawn every single time. Pick it up and then finish off the 2nd Player by fragging them 5 times to win the game. To save yourself some time, Frag the 2nd controller 4 times, then wait for the Costume Ball to spawn, now pick up the Costume Ball and finish the 2nd player. Each match will take about 1:05 to complete. Keep doing this method until the trophy unlocks. When you reached the wins limit of 9 wins, press to restart the match over again.
