This achievement takes place in Chapter 5 - Troll Forest.
Just after the Evicted achievement, you’ll slide down the hill to reach an area with animal innards. As you make your way through the bowels, you’ll eventually find a gnome locked in a cage. Interact with the cage to use it as bait for the creature wading around the area and you’ll unlock this trophy.
