This achievement takes place in Chapter 10 - The Swamp.
Halfway through the chapter, you’ll reach a house with a burning door threshold. On the right,on a desk, there's a toy duck. Make sure you grab it. Then, when you'll reach the end of the chapter, you'll unlock it during a cutscene if you grabbed the duck.
