How to unlock the Bye Bye! achievement in Bridge Constructor - Definitive Guide
UPDATE: According to liviaro, the achievement doesn't unlock when testing the bridge with cars because they are to lightweight
Just do as the trophy description says. Create a bridge that allows one of the vehicles to cross safely while the other one perishes. This can only be done using cars and regular trucks. You should get this just by testing out bridge creations but if not there is an example in the spoiler below. The trophy will unlock immediately when the second vehicle takes a dip.
No image is necessary for this one. Go to the very first level in the game: Westlands - Bridge 1. Put two wood floors out flat, just like the dashes show you. Do not add any other supports. Head into vehicle mode via then send across the regular trucks. The first truck should barely make it while the second truck will crash into the water.
Note: It appears there is a bit of a positive glitch with this trophy too. During test mode, you can go back to construction mode any time you want by pressing the key. When I unlocked this, my first vehicle had hit the checkered flag and was counted as a success. However, I didn't want to finish just yet and I quickly pressed before the second vehicle arrived. Doing this the trophy unlocked. My vehicle did not crash and if I had not pressed it would have been successful. If this works for you, great, if not try the first recommendation!
This achievement can be tricky as usually if the bridge collapses both vehicles will not reach the other side. This may come naturally but if you're following the guide it may require a little trial and error as the solutions in the guide will ensure both vehicles make it across. The best way is to use one of the smaller maps, smaller meaning the gap between two points is smaller, and play around with different designs or use a design that works and slowly remove pieces. It doesn't matter if you use cars or trucks but sometime trucks will allow for greater pressure on a bridge making it easier for parts to collapse. When removing parts or creating a 'weak' section, aim to tinker with the start or middle of the bridge so by the time the first vehicle reaches the halfway point the second half of the bridge will still be intact.
