The trophy Truck insignia 'East' is a pre-requisite for this trophy, as is unlocking the tank truck.

Once you have completed all maps with the trucks, the tanker truck will be available. These maps will be the same as the trucks but you will have a slightly larger budget which will more often than not require a sturdier design. Unlike the main islands, the guides at https://www.bridgeconstructor.net/also have tanker truck solutions. You can also refer to the guide created by Tassie Tiger here if certain solutions don't seem to be working.
However, it is worth noting that sometimes the bridge won't hold and passing the level will come down to luck. On these occasions try running it again multiple times as each time it will play out slightly different than the last including sometimes the tanker exploding and flying past the goal mark. It is worth noting that if the tanker does explode, both the tanker and the cab are required to pass the goal in order for it too count.
