To be able to get this achievement you need first complete the Car/Truck bridges for Tiltin West, to get the extra budget needed for this constructions.

I've created a video which has all of the solutions which support all the car, truck and tankers with one design. This will net you the Tank Truck Insignia 'Tiltin West' + the rest of the game achievements for the full 1000G. The time stamp for Tiltin West is in the description at 08:57. Hope this helps guys :)

The trophy Truck insignia 'Tiltin West' is a pre-requisite for this trophy, as is unlocking the tank truck.

Refer to Tank truck insignia 'West' for a general description of how this trophy works.
