There are two ways to obtain this trophy, the first way being the easiest and will save you one level credit.

1. Once you are down and what I mean by down is, You cannot shoot your weapon at all. If there are Medics on the battlefield, they will throw you a revive syringe, that will glow wheel in the box that indicates that you have one. Make sure you are highlighting the first box and not the second. Once you get the Syringe, hold down to revive yourself. There will be two boxes when you are done, one that indicates a Medic is in the area and glows yellow when you have a syringe and The second one that serves as a count for when you can join the game again. Make sure you are highlighting the first box and not the second. Once you get the Syringe, hold down to revive yourself.
2. The second way is to buy a Self Resurrection ability, but you can only get that after you have reached Rank 4 and can only be used by a Medic.
