You will need to be Rank 2 in order to purchase the Transfer Supplies ability. On your HUD, on the left, you will see 2-3 bars above the HUD on the left, indicating how many supplies you have left to give. That bar refills over time, so make sure you are close to players that may need the supplies. You will know who needs supplies by the button that shows up on the back of the player. Once all the supplies are gone and that bar turns red, the trophy should pop up.
