You can do this by yourself easily enough.
First, make sure you are playing on the Dry Ice Quarry and then set the AI to Drowning Doom on Brutal difficulty. Don't worry about creating any units or capturing geysers, just keep upgrading your stage. Keep an eye on the enemy and destroy any unit that aren't Grave Diggers. By the time you have finished upgrading and creating a Brood, the enemy should be on its way to your stage.
Since you focused on destroying all the single units, they should have at least 3-4 groups of Grave Diggers so it won't be hard to hit six. Hop in your Brood and focus on the largest group of enemies. Line the carriage up and press A to fire. Hopefully you hit your target and the achievement unlocked.
This method is also effective for the 'Euthanasia' achievement.

How do you upgrade your stage?

You upgrade the stage by hitting RB and the stage option is at the very top of the wheel.

You can do with with a friend. Both play as Drowning Doom on any map.
One person start making 10 or so small enemies and the other make a Brood (baby carriage) and double team (Y) the Brood and launch it to the group of enemies. It might take a few tries to hit 6 of them because you have to find the right distance to launch the Brood from.
Now let your friend do the same!

Here is what you need to do, you'll have this achievement in 5 minutes (no joke).
- Select Drowning Doom.
- Set AI as Ironhead on Brutal.
- Set map as Bladewoode.
- Match start upgrade stage.
(If you're on the ground waiting for the 50 fans you still need Eddie will come over to fight. I wasted some time by fighting him so he could five orders to any troops).
- Eddie will fly away to send troops to capture gysers.
- Next do your next stage upgrade and fly over to the gyser on the right. (It's the last gyser the AI will go for).
- Waste their time a little by fighting them.
- Create two Brood units.
- In the air watch the AI get together to come over to your stage. They should have around 16 headbangers.
- Once they're together and making their way over take one brood and go after them.
- First one might not get it, so take the second one over next.
- Achievement should pop, quite easy.

thanks, this was perfect. I skipped heading for the geyser on the right, and let the headbangers take it. they will all move to the stage after that, that's where I drove my brood and *BOOM*.

Play against Ironheade on any difficulty (Most Gentle) and any map (I used Bladehenge)
Now The Brood requires stage level 3, so once you upgraded to stage level 3, select the Brood and then double team.
*Corrected This, I rushed this guide and accidently put stage 2*
Once there's more than 6 enemies approaching (For me, there were more than 6 Headbangers) double team and then launch your Brood for attack at the correct distance and you nailed more than 6 enemies.
Now The Brood requires stage level 3, so once you upgraded to stage level 3, select the Brood and then double team.
