It should be noted that the difficulty achievements in this game are stackable, so if you complete the game on the hardest difficulty this achievement will unlock. However, the bare requirements of this achievement are that you complete the entire game on at least Gentle difficulty. I played the game on normal and it took me roughly 15 hours to beat if it is of any consequence (not including completing all side missions / finding all collectibles).
