You must have the "Hammer of Infinite Fate" DLC for this achievement. The "Disgorger" can be purchased as a Secondary Weapon for the Deuce in the Motorforge for free. After equipping it, simply kill Tainted Coil units outside of General Lionwhyte's castle with the Disgorger until the achievement unlocks. Location of units may differ if the game has not yet been completed.

Secondary weapons are utilized by pressing the 'X' button. Took me a few minutes to figure this out...but then I'm notoriously slow at video games.

Additional tip: The Disgorger isn't a weapon that you "fire". Instead you should HOLD the X button, and spray the Tainted Coils with the deadly blood (it won't run out).

Just a note for those who can't find the location of the Tainted Coil enemies - it's is to the left the black skull logo leading to the east side of the map (remember the "shortcut" drive to the forest?).

Okay, to clarify, what neeker75 meant was the Tainted Coil enemies spawn constantly to the left of General Lionwhyte's castle on the map, the "shortcut" that leads to the Jungle, not the forest. I spent a good few minutes looking for a black skull logo on the map when I realized he was referring to the black anvil with red eyes in the middle of the map.

I had already finished the game when I started doing this, and I found that Tainted Coil enemies spawned a lot across the long bridge/road that runs horizontally on the first map.

If you're like me and you're returning to this game because the DLC is free and it's BC... I could not find units for the better part of an hour. Way back when after finishing the game I had dropped the difficulty from Brutal to Gentle. If you can't find folks, check your difficulty. Once I switched to Brutal and restarted the game, the area was flooded with baddies.
