In order to knockout an opponent you will need to empty their health bar. This is displayed as a colored circle around their feet. Once they have been knocked out they will fall to the ground and will be incapacitated and no longer be able to fight. There are a number of ways in which you can knockout an opponent, and these are outlined below. This trophy will likely unlock through natural progression through the game as you will constantly be fighting people throughout missions.

• Fighting - The easiest way to knock someone out is to simply fight them. Lock on to them by holding and then use the various moves you will learn throughout the game to fight them. These are usually a combination of and and . You will learn new moves by completing Gym class and by giving Transistor parts to the homeless man behind the school bus.
• Throwing them in the bin - You can throw opponents in the bin by grabbing them with and walking them towards the nearest bin. They will become knocked out instantly. However, once they are knocked out in the bin you can’t throw another person in the same bin until you have left the area and come back for the bin to be empty.
• Weapons - Some weapons, such as firecrackers, will knock out opponents in a single shot. To throw them, equip them by navigating through your weapons with or . Lock onto an opponent with and then throw it with . Once you have completed Chemistry 5, you can make as many firecrackers as you like in your dorm room.

You can track your progress for this trophy in the Stats menu by pressing and then navigating to Stats > Fight > General Fighting > People Knocked Out.
