Interestingly enough, errands don't pop up all that often when you look for them! And while this trophy is pretty clear cut, I'll tell you what errands are (and there is a tutorial in the game for errands), and spots where I noticed a lot of errands.

While you roam about, your mini map will show a blue "x" running towards you. When you focus on the target, you'll press "x" to accept the errand. You can not be busted nor start another mission while running this errand or else you will fail! Once completed, you'll receive a reward. I found that New Coventry and Blue Skies gave a lot more errands than anywhere else, but then again I spent a lot of time there searching for rubber bands and breaking things in the warehouse.

It should be noted that some are available only at night time and the errands are scattered around the map so if you run out of errands in one part, switch to a new area to find more.

Errands are small tasks given to Jimmy by various NPCs throughout the game that most often result in a cash reward. Errands can be located by the blue cross on the minimap in the game (see below screenshot). Errands are first unlocked after completing the very first one for Peter in Chapter 1. To start an Errand you will need to first accept the Errand from the character in which it is offered by. If you decline the Errand, or if you fail it once it has started, it will disappear and return the following day.

In total there are 49 Errands that can be completed in the game, however, you will only need to complete 30 in order to unlock this trophy. Errands are unlocked as you progress through the game completing missions and Chapters. Once an Errand has been unlocked it will not disappear, so don’t worry about completing each Errand before you progress to the next Chapter, as none can be missed. I suggest for you to just complete them as they become available to you and as you see them on the map.

Errands are located across the five different regions in the game, each with a different available number. The number of Errands found in each region is specified below:

Bullworth Academy: 9 Errands available from Chapter 1 onwards
Old Bullworth Vale and Carnival: 10 Errands available from Chapter 2 onwards
Bullworth Town: 13 Errands available from Chapter 1 onwards
New Coventry: 10 Errands available from Chapter 3 onwards
Blue Skies Industrial Park: 7 Errands available from Chapter 5

You can track your progress for this trophy in the Stats menu by pressing and then navigating to Stats > General > Distance Traveled On Foot.
