Burnout CRASH!

This achievement can be very frustrating or surprisingly easy depending on your play style. As with nearly all of the achievements in this game, some luck is involved.

I recommend you switch Rush Hour levels until you find a setup that suits you well. For me this was Skywing & 1^st. The choice is yours but I would recommend going for a scenario that involves heavy traffic and Pizza of Fortune featuring Good Cops. These will block the road and net you free crashes while you can trot on and amass Crashbreaker by destroying parked vehicles and buildings.

The car choice is quite important in my opinion. You want to be able to move around quite a bit so Aftertouch is definitely needed. Additionally, you don't want to destroy too much or push vehicles to far out of the way. For me the Vegas Saloon was the car of choice.

Skywing & 1^st is a very interesting level. You will drive into a lot of parked cars which enables you to spread vehicles across the lower lane with a well placed Crashbreaker. With the lower lane covered you can then focus on doing the same to the upper lane. There is another parking lot just on top of the upper lane which you can use to gain some easy Crashbreakers. After you got the lanes covered you can move around the houses to the left causing mayhem while cleaning up stragglers if there are any.

The Pizza of Fortune feature on this level has Good Cops, Taxis, Gas Trucks, and Magnets which are all favourable for this achievement. When I finally got it after some tries I had Good Cops up which effectively block both lanes with about eight cop cars and then I followed up with a Gas Truck which blew up the pileup from the Good Cops and netting me a nice chain of Crashbreakers due to the secondary explosions.
