Blueclaw & 1st, rush hour. There are two large rectangular holes to the east & west of the junction, between the two halves of the road. Try to position yourself in the trashmaster (elite, if you've unlocked it) as central as possible, if you need to crashbreak a couple of times to do this it doesn't matter. Then just wait for crashed traffic to build up to the left & right of you & BOOM! - bob's your uncle, 'chieve unlocked. Took me 3 or 4 attempts.

Good solution. At first it seems like it won't work but you need to get a good pileup on each side which seems to come down to some luck. Took me probably 15-20 tries but will eventually work.
