The first Island Tour event is located at the junction by Deese's Donut which is to the left as you come off the bridge.

Very simple event where you drive a small circuit around the island, you have a time limit of 1:35 and can easily do it in 1:20.

There are two Burning Routes on the island, the Tour of Duty and the Tour de Force. Both are basically like the Burning Routes that you've come to know and possibly love but they have checkpoints and jumps in them. On the map, these events are marked with the orange circles (in the game, they are also marked with palm trees). See "Find all Events" for the map of all events.
