Events are located at every stoplight junction within the island and there are 15 to find, 4 Races, 2 Burning Routes, 4 Road Rages, 2 Marked Mans and 3 Stunt Runs.

Another that is the same as the original trophies. Drive through every intersection on the island, and you should find all 15 pretty quickly. Here is a map with all 15 event locations on the island.
Note: Yes, this is a Bronze trophy even though the trophy image is of a Silver trophy.
