I got this achievement when I injured 10 of the opposing teams players causing them to forfeit the game. Not 100% sure if its a glitch but it seems injuring players counts towards the achievement too

I can confirm injuries count, you don’t need to fatigue them.

Opposing players get fatigued if they lose the fight without getting injured. Injuries happen if it is a perfect fight. If you injure enough players, the other team forfeits and you do not get the achievement.
Very easy to do in normal gameplay, just keep hitting players to instigate fights and win the fights (while taking a hit). If I got into a fight with a player that was already fatigued, I made sure to let him hit me before knocking him down to ensure he did not get injured.
