You get this for instigating a fight against the goaltender, and it should show up as one of your objectives earlier on in story mode.
To get a goalie ready to fight, you need to score three goals on him while you're on fire. You do this by throwing hip checks at opponents. 3 is all it takes. Once you see the fight indicator above the goalie, go up to him and body check to initiate the fight NOT hip check. Doesn't matter if you win the fight or not.
