This is also achievable in single player. Once the goalie is sufficiently angry, skate straight up or down to the goal with the puck. As you approach the goalie, be prepared for him to poke check. As soon as he does so, initiate the fight. If you're lucky enough for the puck to be picked up by a teammate immediately flip it into the goal, and if it crosses the line before your fight starts the achievement should pop immediately.

You can also set yourself against 3 controllers as well. This makes it pretty easy as most of the opposing team won't move and will easily allow you to instigate the goalie. Lucky bounce is still required to go to a teammate but it's much easier when nobody is around defending the goal.
