Once you've freed yourself from the torture chair, behind you will be a computer. Interact with it and type in the code, DOA, and press Enter! You'll enter into the Dead Ops Arcade mini-game!

This will pop you the Bronze Trophy!

After you've freed yourself for the 'Just ask me nicely' trophy, go to the terminal in the room. When at the terminal, type in 'DOA' to play Dead Ops Arcade.

After you get up from your chair in the main menu (see the achievement "Be more polite, please") find the computer in the room and enter the word DOA then press enter. The arcade game "Dead Heroes" will start and you will receive the achievement.
