You get this on the 10th level Crash Site. Set the difficulty to recruit because you will take alot of enemy fire. Now just follow the mission and be sure to destroy all the buildings as you go, you'll move up the river in sections/villages be sure you got all the buildings,towers and mortars(if it has a yellow way point destroy it) before you move on. Around the second hostile village there's a low hanging rope bridge you need to destroy, shoot the edges touching the ground to get rid of it. The last village is a little tricky because there are a few buildings up higher than the rest just be sure to keep an eye out for them. Stop right before the boss ship area, Destroy all the buildings you can before you enter the area. So you don't have to while he's shooting at you. Once you have got them all enter the area and turn right, there are two raised buildings around the corner. After you get them circle the area to make sure you got everything (The two large bridge ends cannot be destroyed and don't count so don't bother) The achievement will pop once you Destroy the enemy ship as it is your final Target.

I thought that i probably was missing at least one building but to my suprice i got the Achievement. I was pretty happy when it unlocked.

Great job. i restarted 3 times because i thought i missed one, i didn't know i had to kill the boss. That's why i wrote the guide.

For this achievement you are basically going to need to shoot every building and objective. Move slowly though the level and keep a eye out for any building and shoot them until they fall. You should have no trouble if you take your time and work you way up the level. If you want to look at the video gudie below that might help you out a little.

In Mission 10: Crash Site, you will be steering a boat upriver. Pressing 
shoots rockets, and 
for machineguns. Play on Recruit if you want to make it easier. But I managed to do this on Veteran by hanging at the back about 100m away from the objective and shooting from afar, while turning up the brightness. A building is considered destroyed when you see all the walls have been knocked down. You can also tell if its destroyed when one of your allies comments on it. The buildings have different stages of destruction, so you are better off spamming at least 10-15 missiles into each one.
The first section has two huts on the left, and a series of 7-8 buildings on the right coastline, then 3 mortar vehicles that you need to destroy straight ahead along with 2-3 buildings near them.
In the second section after the choppers destroy the wall allowing you to pass, take note of a couple of buildings that blend into the darkness on the left side. About 10 buildings on the right side, including some obscured by rock formations until you go past and turn around.
Next section you come across the second ZPU in this level, and 4-5 buildings on the left coastline, 2 more in the background fairly obscured. Enemies will also come at you in wooden boats
In the final section is a third ZPU, buildings along the coastline on the left, and as you near the steel bridge a speedy patrol boat will attack you while it goes in circles. Just predict its path, time your shots and take it down and the trophy should unlock at this point even if there are remaining buildings beyond the bridge, just before a flashback scene.

This is easiest to do on Recruit difficulty. During the mission "Crash Site", you will be put into a boat with rocket launchers and a machine gun on it. Press 
to fire the rockets and

Destroy enemies first. They will be a big nuisance and can slow you down.

Make sure to look at both sides of the river and the multiple levels. There may be a house a little farther up that you may not see normally and should shoot at. There may be houses around the inside of a corner that you may miss.

Take your time when looking through an area. Double check that you have blown up every house in the area you just passed up.

If you do get destroyed and put back to a checkpoint, make sure to check the area even more so that you don't miss any houses.

Some houses take more rockets to destroy the others, so keep hitting the house until it is destroyed.

The final area where you should unlock the achievement is when the attack boat starts shooting at you with missiles and using its machine gun. After you destroy the final house in this area, the achievement will unlock. If it doesn't, you will need to restart the level to ensure you get everything.
