On each cargo ship there will be two large searchlights (front and end). Use the guns to destroy these searchlights on all three cargo ships (so thats 6 in total) and this achievement will unlock.

This Trophy / Achievement is fairly easy to unlock. During mission 11: Black Cats, while switching from various turrets in the plane, shoot out the spotlights on the front and back of each of the larger ships.
The smaller boats do not count towards this.
Once all of the lights are shot out your Trophy / Achievement should pop! Enjoy!

The eleventh mission, Black Cats, is where this trophy is found. At the start of this mission you have to intercept a Japanese shipping convoy. You should notice two large spotlights on either end of these three ships. Try shoot to them immediately with either bullets or rockets. You'll know you have broken them when they explode and go out. You get another chance to take them out when your plane glides over the ships, going from one end to another. A video of it should help, so here it is.
